Subscribe to a paid print copy of the Canada Supreme Court Reports
Request the final version of the Court’s judgments. The Canada Supreme Court Reports include the official English and French versions of the judgments in a side-by-side format.
Subscription rate
The annual subscription rate for the unbound print version (also called “parts”) is $350.00 + $17.50 (5% GST R#Q-398-SS-3921-1-P) including shipping and handling, for a total cost of $367.50 payable in advance in Canadian funds.
An annual print subscription is not based on the current calendar year, as judgments are published in print some time after having been rendered. It includes all of the judgments published in the Canada Supreme Court Reports in a given year, meaning you will receive all parts for the year of the subscription.

The Court does not send invoices. A receipt will be sent with your order, and if you pay by credit card, a copy of the transaction slip will be included with the shipment.
Cancellations can only be honoured at the time of renewal and prior to receipt of payment.
Privacy information
We require the information requested on this form to fulfill your order and collect it under the authority of the Supreme Court Act. Your personal information will be used to:
- obtain mailing and shipping information for the fulfillment of your Canada Supreme Court Reports publications order
- ship your order
- communicate, by written or electronic means, renewal information about your subscription to the Canada Supreme Court Reports
We may share this information with private sector service providers on contract with the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of Canada in order to process your order. An incomplete form may result in the rejection of your request or a time delay in processing your request. The information will be retained only while your subscription with us is active and used only for the purposes identified. A limited number of Canada Supreme Court Reports parts are printed. For this reason, replacement parts are only available to existing subscribers for 12 months following the shipping date. You must claim missing parts that you have purchased but not received within this period, after which replacement parts will not be available. New subscribers cannot order back issues.
