V, c. 29 (Can.), and confirmed by the Constitution Act (1930), 20-21 Geo. V, c. 26 (U.K.), and therefore rendering s. 26 of the Wildlife Act of Manitoba unconstitutional to the extent that it infringes upon the appellant's right to hunt for food for himself and his family?
